How Do Certificates Work?
Certificates are a great way to demonstrate your achievements and verify your learning progress. This article explains how to earn, view, and share your certificates.
Earning Certificates
Certificates are awarded when you successfully complete a course and meet the required criteria.
The 80% Threshold
To earn a certificate, you must achieve a minimum score of 80% on the course quizzes.
- Complete all required course materials.
- Pass all quizzes within the course.
- Achieve an overall score of 80% or higher.
- Your certificate will be automatically generated.
Important: The 80% threshold ensures that certificate holders have demonstrated solid understanding of the course material.
What Counts Toward Your Score
Your final score is calculated based on:
- Quiz performance - Your scores on all course quizzes.
- Completion requirements - All required materials must be viewed.
- Best attempts - If multiple attempts are allowed, your best score counts.
Note: Some courses may have additional requirements for certification. Check the course description for specific criteria.

Certificate Verification
All certificates include a verification system to ensure authenticity.
How Verification Works

- This prevents fraud and ensures credibility.
Verifying a Certificate
To verify a certificate:
- Go to the Verify Certificate page on the platform.
- Enter the certificate's verification ID.
- View the confirmed certificate details.
Note: Verification is public - anyone can verify a certificate without logging in. This makes it easy for employers to confirm your achievements.
Certificate Validity
Certificates remain valid indefinitely and are always accessible through your account. However:
- Course content may be updated over time.
- The certificate reflects your knowledge at the time of completion.
- Some employers may request recent certifications for rapidly evolving topics.
Tip: Consider retaking courses periodically to stay current and earn updated certificates, especially in fast-changing fields.
